Free Two-Night Rally Voucher Terms & Conditions

The voucher entitles the member to two consecutive nights at one eligible The Van Club rally or event, subject to availability. It covers one van and the people included in the membership: up to two adults and two children.

The voucher can only be used at selected rallies or events hosted directly by The Van Club in England and Wales. It cannot be used for overseas trips or events, or events in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Eligible rallies will be identified in the event information or confirmed by The Van Club before booking.

The voucher cannot be used for Oktoberfest, Christmas or New Year rallies or events, or for any campsite rallies or events, even where these are organised or hosted by The Van Club.

The voucher is valid for six months from its date of issue. The booking and the two-night stay must be completed before the expiry date, unless The Van Club agrees otherwise in writing. Any agreed extension will have a revised expiry date confirmed in writing.

Advance booking is required. Please tell The Van Club that you wish to use your voucher when requesting a booking and provide your voucher details and membership number. A booking is only secured once confirmed by The Van Club. A voucher does not guarantee a place at a particular rally or event.

The voucher may only be used by the member to whom it was issued. Membership must be active when booking and at the time of the stay. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be sold.

The voucher covers the standard rally pitch fee for two nights. Extra nights, additional guests and optional extras are payable separately at the advertised rates. Any charges outside the voucher's coverage will be explained before the booking is confirmed.

Each voucher can be redeemed once, against one booking. The two nights cannot be split between different rallies or visits. No cash alternative, change or credit is available for unused nights. Only one voucher may be used per booking, and it cannot be combined with another promotional offer unless The Van Club agrees in writing.

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact The Van Club as soon as possible. The cancellation conditions provided before your booking is confirmed will explain whether the voucher can be reused. Failure to attend without notifying The Van Club will count as redemption of the voucher.

If The Van Club cancels the booked rally or event, the voucher will be reinstated for another eligible event, subject to availability. Where necessary, its validity will be extended to give you a reasonable opportunity to use it. Any separately paid charges will be dealt with under the applicable booking terms and your statutory rights.

The Van Club's membership terms, rally rules and the event's booking conditions also apply and will be made available before booking. These voucher terms take precedence if there is a conflict concerning the promotional offer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
