Join The Van Club at Ludlow Racecourse, from Thursday 9 to Monday 13 September 2027, for A Night at the Movies. Enjoy a four-night stay with fellow members, combining sociable evenings with free time to explore Ludlow and the surrounding Shropshire countryside. Bring an outfit inspired by your favourite film character and get into the movie-themed spirit! What’s planned Friday – Disco and karaoke: Enjoy the dance floor or take the microphone for your own star performance. Saturday – Live music: Get together for an evening of music and good company. Sunday – Movie night: Settle in for a relaxed film evening to round off the weekend. Explore Ludlow Make time to discover Ludlow’s historic streets, independent shops, cafés and places to eat. There may also be an opportunity to visit the Ludlow Food Festival, subject to confirmation of its 2027 dates and programme. Any festival tickets or entry charges would be separate from the rally. Pavilion access Our group will have use of the Clive Pavilion throughout the stay, providing an indoor space for entertainment and socialising. Pack your movie-inspired outfit and join us for a long weekend of music, films and Van Club company.

Booking terms
A £15 deposit secures your pitch. The balance is due 21 days before the event.
Cancellation
If you cancel more than 21 days before the rally starts, we'll credit your Van Club account with the full amount you have paid, including your £15 deposit, and apply it to your next booking. If you cancel 21 days or less before the rally starts, you will not receive any credit or refund. By then, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may be unable to fill your pitch.
