Join The Van Club at Greenhill Park, Salters Lane, Bearley, near Stratford-upon-Avon, B95 6DN, from Friday 3 to Monday 6 September 2027, for Dance Through the Decades. Pack your favourite decade-inspired outfits for a three-night weekend of music, dancing and good company. Whether you love disco, eighties anthems, nineties classics or noughties favourites, there’s plenty to get you on the dance floor. What’s planned Friday – 70s versus 80s: Bring your flares, disco sparkle or eighties style and celebrate two unforgettable decades of music. Saturday – 90s versus 00s: Step into the nineties and noughties for another evening of favourite tunes and nostalgic outfits. Explore the area Greenhill Park is approximately four miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and three miles from Henley-in-Arden, making it a convenient base for exploring both towns. A bus can be hailed outside the park gates, taking you directly into Stratford-upon-Avon town centre. Check current service times when planning your trip. For a quieter day outdoors, walk to the nearby canal and follow the towpath towards the aqueduct, enjoying the surrounding countryside along the way. Social spaces The on-site function room is booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, providing a space for our group to get together. There is also a communal barbecue available to use free of charge, with outdoor seating for relaxed meals and catch-ups. Choose your decade, pack your outfits and join us for a weekend of dancing, exploring and Van Club company.

Booking terms
A £15 deposit secures your pitch. The balance is due 21 days before the event.
Cancellation
If you cancel more than 21 days before the rally starts, we'll credit your Van Club account with the full amount you have paid, including your £15 deposit, and apply it to your next booking. If you cancel 21 days or less before the rally starts, you will not receive any credit or refund. By then, The Van Club will have committed to costs based on confirmed attendance and may be unable to fill your pitch.
